The Epsilon – Landauer Management pledges to fulfil client analysis requests through continuous development of the effectiveness of the quality management established according to the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2010 General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories standard, ensuring that the policies and procedures of the quality management system are communicate to and applied by all personnel taking part in the test activities and adopting the principles of the standard, based on scientific foundations, utilising the best professional and technical practices, in the shortest time, in the most sensitive, accurate and neutral way.

The aim of the Epsilon – Landauer Quality Management System is to perform analyses with highly qualified personnel, based on the principles of neutrality and confidentiality, using international methods at the most appropriate conditions and to ensure customer satisfaction.
